Hart Apps Referral Program Terms
These Terms govern participation in the Hart Apps Referral Program by referrers and referred companies. By participating, you agree to these Terms.
Program Overview
- Referrers may submit companies or share their personal referral link.
- Rewards are issued when a referred company becomes a paying customer and completes a minimum commitment and clawback period.
- Referred companies may receive promotional credits (e.g., free hosting months) after conversion and onboarding.
Definitions
- Annual Contract Value (ACV): The total value of the first 12 months of a paid subscription or contract, excluding taxes and pass-through fees.
- Clawback Window: A period (typically 30–60 days) after first payment during which refunds/cancellations void rewards.
Eligibility and Prohibited Categories
Submissions must comply with Hart Apps policies. The following categories are not eligible:
- Adult/pornography or sexually explicit services
- Alcohol (production, distribution, or promotion)
- Tobacco, vaping, or nicotine products
- Illegal drugs, illicit substances, or unlawful activities
Small Business Accessibility
Referrals from small businesses without a corporate email domain are permitted. A valid contact channel (personal email or phone) is acceptable, and additional verification may be requested.
Reward Triggers
- Referrer reward (e.g., gift card) is issued after the referred company: (a) signs up for a paid plan; (b) meets minimum commitment; and (c) passes the clawback window.
- Referred company credits (e.g., 3 months hosting) are applied after first paid invoice and onboarding completion.
Attribution
- First validated referrer within a 90-day lookback receives attribution.
- Duplicate or conflicting submissions are resolved based on earliest valid submission or existing sales engagement.
Compliance
- Participants must comply with applicable laws. Hart Apps may require tax forms or identity verification for cash-equivalent rewards.
- Hart Apps may approve, reject, or reverse eligibility decisions at its sole discretion for policy or legal reasons.
Consent and Acknowledgement
By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. You further attest that you have permission to share any third-party contact details you submit or that you will introduce Hart Apps directly.
Changes & Termination
Hart Apps may update these Terms at any time without prior notice and may suspend or cancel the Referral Program at any time in its sole discretion. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
