What does the discovery process look like?

The first call is 30 – 45 minutes. The goal is to understand what the system needs to do, who uses it, and what success looks like. From that, HartApps provides a written scope outline and price estimate.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Projects are typically structured with a deposit at the start, milestone payments through development, and a final payment at launch. The specific structure is agreed on during scoping.

What happens if the scope changes mid-project?
